The property is fully surrounded by a charming garden, rich in flowers and seasonal fruits (clementines, chestnuts, arbutus berries).
The house is arranged over two floors.
GROUND FLOOR:
Fully equipped kitchen, with dining table and six chairs, and a working fireplace. Living room with sofa and armchairs, wall-mounted smart TV, and a bright enclosed veranda offering uninterrupted views over the garden.
UPPER FLOOR:
Spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, double washbasin and a dressing table. Three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), with hotel-quality satin cotton bed linen. A cosy lounge area, with an antique desk, balcony and sea views.
GARDEN:
Dining table with six chairs, four sun loungers, two parasols, barbecue, two deck chairs, and an outdoor utility room with WC and washbasin.
EQUIPMENT:
Kitchen: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, traditional fireplace, ceramic and gas hob, Senseo coffee machine (pods), kettle, toaster, full sets of plates, glasses and cups, champagne flutes and ice bucket, etc. Bathroom: shower, double washbasin, dressing table, hairdryer, first aid kit, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, plush hotel-quality towels and bath sheets (600 g/m²). Lounge area: antique desk with stationery, board games, books and colouring materials for children. Garden facilities: WC, washbasin, washing machine. Internet connection: high-speed fibre (Orange).
MEAL SERVICE:
As the owner is passionate about gastronomy, we would be delighted to offer a home dining service. Dinners and picnic hampers can be delivered directly to the house, carefully prepared using local produce and Carole’s experienced culinary touch. Orders can be placed the day before.
