Prices per week (7 nights):

January 4 - May 31: €980
June 1 - June 30: €1,400
July 1 - August 22: €1,800

December 19, 2026 - January 3, 2027: €1,400
(Stays of more or less than 7 days: pro rata)
Minimum stay: 3 nights. Maximum stay: 28 nights.
Water, electricity, internet connection (Orange fiber) and tourist taxes, as well as the provision of sheets and towels, are included.

Animals are not allowed.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house.
The house has a septic tank, so it is forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
It is essential to ensure that shutters are always properly secured, whether open or closed, regardless of the weather, due to gusts of wind that can be unpredictable and violent even in calm conditions. It is also essential to close parasols when you are away for the same reason.
It is forbidden to use the electrical outlets in the house or garden to charge a motorcycle or a hybrid or electric car.
The house must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept checks issued by French banking institutions, as well as cash, bank transfers and major credit cards.
- The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the landlord a signed copy of the seasonal rental contract, a signed copy of the general conditions and a copy of his identity document and once the landlord has received a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance must be paid no later than the time of arrival.

Our prices vary depending on the season.
Our accommodation rates include water, electricity, internet connection (Orange fiber) and tourist taxes, as well as the provision of sheets and towels.
Our guests will receive the warmest welcome.
The landlord undertakes to personally welcome the tenants with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and their knowledge of the region.
